The team is responsible for working across various global digital marketing channels such as web development, UX, social media, paid ads, SEO, and lifecycle marketing teams to deliver user-centric digital experiences. As a Digital Experience Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading agile practices to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of digital initiatives related to web and campaign experiences. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple digital functions, managing sprint execution, and supporting the efficient delivery of high-impact digital marketing and website projects. Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and agile squads, you will assist in prioritizing, tracking, and managing campaign and web-related deliverables effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Serving as the Scrum Master for agile teams focused on digital marketing channels and campaign delivery - Facilitating sprint ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile best practices while accommodating creative and technical needs - Assisting the Digital Campaign Strategy group in updating ongoing deliverable milestones based on client roadmaps and creative briefs - Coordinating and managing campaign documentation, including proofs, campaign deliverables, and website assets for activation squad members - Translating creative briefs into specific campaign activation requirements and ensuring alignment across teams - Tracking and managing changing priorities transparently and promptly - Providing timely team status reports highlighting accomplishments, risks, plans, and blockers across assigned teams - Supporting continuous process improvement through performance tracking and sprint metrics To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple agile teams - Proven experience collaborating with web-focused teams including UX, UI, development, content, SEO, social media, paid ads, lifecycle, and QA - Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, web content publishing, and customer experience optimization - Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment - Experience in sprint planning, retrospective facilitation, and using metrics for team performance and process improvement Joining our team means more than just agreeing to contribute to a healthier world.
