Key Responsibilities

1 .Digital Brand Promotion & Content Creation

• Capture and design regular photo/video content of club activities, events
• Prepare short reels, stories, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Google updates (organic only)
• Maintain brand tone and visual identity in all content
• Collaborate with management for campaign ideas (no paid ads)

2.Internal Follow-up & Sales Escalation

• Maintain a follow-up tracker for leads, memberships, and events
• Communicate with sales and management teams to ensure timely responses
• Escalate pending tasks and update closure reports daily

3.Corporate & VIP Visit Coordination

• Maintain a visit calendar for corporate guests and VIP members
• Ensure smooth guest handling from scheduling to hospitality
• Collect guests feedback and maintain relationship records
• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 5 years in Hospitality, restaurants, or creative coordination roles
• Skills Required:
• Content creation (photos, videos, reels, stories)
• Brand promotion via organic digital updates
• Internal communication & task follow-up
• VIP / corporate guest coordination
• Maintenance and vendor tracking
• Proficient in communication Skills
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive Etc..,
