What You'll Do:

As our Digital Course Counsellor & Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving enrollments for our online programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving Sales Targets:

    Exceeding ambitious sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our diverse range of digital courses.
  • End-to-End Admission Management:

    Guiding prospective students through the entire admission process for our digital courses, from initial counseling to successful enrollment closure.
  • Expert Academic Guidance:

    Providing insightful one-on-one counseling to students and parents, helping them identify the most suitable digital programs that align with their career aspirations. You'll highlight the unique benefits, specializations, and career opportunities associated with our online offerings.
  • Documentation & Support:

    Assisting students with course registrations, fee collection, and all necessary documentation related to their digital course enrollment.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    Staying abreast of the latest trends in online education, market developments, and competitor activities to inform and refine our digital course sales strategies.
  • Database Generation & Marketing:

    Strategically planning and executing activities to generate a robust database of potential leads for digital courses and identifying new marketing possibilities to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Branding & Marketing Contribution:

    Actively contributing to the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategies specifically for our digital courses.


What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual with:

  • Experience:

    0-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or academic counseling. A background in education sales, particularly with digital products, is a significant advantage.
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen:

    A proven track record or strong aptitude for sales, coupled with an understanding of effective marketing principles.
  • Exceptional Communication:

    Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Pleasing Personality:

    A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor that instills confidence in students and parents.
  • Flexibility & Self-Motivation:

    The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Maturity & Empathy:

    The capacity to handle diverse interactions with students, parents, and industry professionals with professionalism and understanding.
  • Pressure Handling:

    The ability to perform effectively and maintain composure in a target-driven environment.
  • Travel Readiness:

    Willingness to travel as and when required for promotional activities or events related to digital courses.
