Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and Creative Digital Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-centric designs for web, social media, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines, enhances user experience, and supports marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media graphics, website banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and usability standards.
• Prepare creative briefs and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Transform wireframes into intuitive, engaging, and functional user interfaces.
• Review existing designs and online content to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with design trends, UX/UI principles, and digital aesthetics to ensure cutting-edge outputs.
• Create motion graphics, simple animations, or video content when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in a professional digital design role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and diverse digital design work.
• Experience in motion graphics, animations, or basic video editing is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for sharing ideas and concepts effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with a passion for design innovation and storytelling.
