Position :  Digital Designer - Mid Level

Location :  (Remote- Philippines and India)

Working Hours   :  Flexible with at least 4 hours overlap in UK timezone

Salary Range : $1500-$2000/month(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Team:

This role sits within our high-performing Growth team — the engine of the company. We’re responsible for acquiring new customers and ensuring they stay with us. Working closely with Web and CRM, we craft memorable journeys that delight from first click to repeat purchase. 

About the Role:

We’re searching for a versatile Digital Designer who can work across web and email. You'll be at the centre of our visual identity — turning product stories into stunning, conversion-focused creative across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Own email design from concept to final delivery, collaborating with CRM on layouts that convert and delight.
• Work with the Ecommerce Manager and In-house developer to wireframe and design new PDP’s, CRO tests and landing pages.
• Keep a pulse on visual trends in ecommerce, wellness, and DTC design.
   

Must-haves:

• A portfolio of digital-first design work, ideally for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma (or similar tools).
• Experience designing for emails with a strong eye for hierarchy, layout and motion.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
• Comfortable taking briefs from stakeholders and owning projects end-to-end.
• Strong UX and UI experience
   

Nice-to-haves:

• A passion for wellness and an instinct for visual storytelling in this space.
• Proficient copywriting skills
• Expereince with Klaviyo
• E-Commerce experience
