As a Digital Content Production Planning at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in leading the evolution of the digital landscape, focusing on innovation and excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the inception and triage of digital demand as part of the Content Operations Team. - Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making capabilities. - Prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure optimal resource allocation. - Liaising with product owners and digital delivery managers to assess, process, and track requests through the digital demand lifecycle. - Developing collaborative relationships within the team and across key stakeholders. - Providing ongoing stakeholder support on the end-to-end demand process. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Basic/ Essential Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proven experience in demand management and prioritization. - Client and/or stakeholder facing experience with the ability to set and manage expectations. - Managing the triage and processing of incoming digital demand requests. - Assessing emergency demand for urgent review and appropriate action. - Ensuring all requests contain adequate information to progress, including workable briefs and clear descriptions. - Running prioritization forums to triage requests based on size, complexity, and urgency. - Challenging prioritization decisions where appropriate to ensure optimal resource allocation. - Helping to establish the Content Operations Team as a center of excellence. - Developing collaborative and supportive relationships within the team and across key stakeholders. - Managing day-to-day contact with stakeholders and delivery teams. - Demonstrating and role modeling Barclays values and behaviors. - Providing ongoing stakeholder support on the end-to-end demand process. Desirable skillsets/ good to have: - Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise management systems. - Experience of working with large corporate websites. - Digital/Marketing qualifications beneficial. Additionally, the purpose of this role is to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote brand, products, and services across various markets. You will be accountable for: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the bank's business objectives. - Collaborating with product development, sales, and other departments to achieve specific outcomes. - Creating compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels. - Analyzing data to optimize marketing strategies and measure campaign performance. - Managing the marketing budget to maximize ROI. - Defining marketing vision, setting goals, and working across organizations to achieve outcomes. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform activities in a timely and high-standard manner, leveraging technical expertise in your assigned area. You will also lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and coordinating resources. Your role may have an impact on related teams within the area, requiring you to partner with other functions and business areas.
