As a Digital Campaign Specialist at EbizON, you will be responsible for managing email campaigns, creating visually appealing templates, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to produce engaging creatives, clear messaging, and effective calls to action. Your role will involve working with marketing automation tools, conducting A/B testing, and providing insights based on campaign analytics. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior team members in template design and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns in alignment with client goals and brand tone - Develop responsive email templates that work seamlessly across devices and platforms - Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging creatives and clear messaging - Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences and set up workflows - Optimize campaigns based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics - Conduct A/B testing to refine email performance and improve engagement - Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices, design trends, and deliverability standards - Troubleshoot rendering or layout issues across different email clients - Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics - Mentor and support junior team members in template design and campaign execution Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in email marketing or campaign management - Strong understanding of email automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms - Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design (basic coding knowledge preferred) - Hands-on experience with creative tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements - Creative mind with a strong sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field About EbizON: EbizON is an international team specializing in building technology products and helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
