Job Description

As a Digital Analytics Specialist in our Digital Marketing department, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing digital performance data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM. Your role will involve turning complex metrics into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, user experience, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations across all websites. - Set up tracking for events, conversions, and campaigns to measure digital performance accurately. - Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to provide insights and optimization recommendations. - Create custom dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and other analytics tools. - Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve website tracking, performance, and user experience. - Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking or tagging issues promptly. - Monitor KPIs related to website conversions, lead generation, and marketing effectiveness. - Support SEO, SEM, and social media teams with analytics insights and campaign performance analysis. - Stay updated on the latest analytics trends, tools, and Google updates. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Digital Analytics Specialist, Google Analytics Expert, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a must. - Experience with Looker Studio, Google Ads tracking, and UTM tagging. - Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing performance metrics. - Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and cookies for troubleshooting tracking issues. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. - Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools. - Strong Excel or data visualization skills.,
