We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics & Marketing Specialist with 10 years of expertise in analytics implementation, tag management, data pipeline optimization, paid advertising, and dashboard reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, BigQuery, and tag management systems, with strong experience working with global stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Tracking Implementation
Lead end-to-end implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics for multi-site and multi-market environments.
Design and manage data layer architecture, custom event schemas, and tracking frameworks.
Configure and maintain Adobe eVars, props, and custom events for performance insights.
Implement advanced tracking such as cross-domain tracking, enhanced eCommerce tracking, and third-party integrations.
Tag Management & Governance
Manage tag deployment using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, and Tealium.
Create automated tag firing rules, debugging workflows, and tag governance frameworks.
Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance by implementing proper cookie consent strategies.

Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau
Adobe Target, Google Optimize
Data engineering for analytics pipelines
Marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing updates
Data Engineering & Reporting
Build and optimize BigQuery pipelines, write complex SQL queries, and support scalable data models.
Integrate GA4/Adobe Analytics with BigQuery, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and BI tools.
Develop advanced dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
Perform data blending from multiple sources for unified business reporting.
Marketing & Paid Media (PPC)
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Measure ROI and improve campaign efficiency using analytics insights.
A/B Testing & Optimization
Run experiments using Adobe Target and Google Optimize.
Use behavioral insights to enhance customer journey and conversion funnels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product owners, developers, marketing, and UX teams across multiple countries.
Dfine KPIs, implement measurement strategies, and translate analytics into actionable business insights.
Provide analytics training and support to business teams.
