Location: On-Site – Dapode, Bhiwandi Type: Full-Time (No Remote Work) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & recent ad performance) 🔧 Role Overview THR3E Strokes, a growing eCommerce brand in the nail art industry, is looking for a results-driven professional to manage our Shopify website and run high-ROI Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads. This is a full-time on-site role at our Dapode, Bhiwandi location — perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. 📌 Key Responsibilities Manage and update the brand’s Shopify website Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads Handle ad tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTMs Optimize ads for conversions via A/B testing, retargeting, and creative testing Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports ✅ Requirements 2+ years of experience in Meta & Google Ads Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify store operations Familiar with ad budgeting, ROAS tracking, audience segmentation Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and FB Business Suite Must be willing to work full-time from our Dapode, Bhiwandi office 💼 Bonus Skills (Optional) Shopify landing page design (PageFly, GemPages) Basic creative/copy input for ad content 📞 How to Apply 📧 Email: jayesh2864@gmail.com 📱 Phone/WhatsApp: 7021937177 Send your resume, past ad performance (with results), and examples of Shopify-related work.
