Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and WhatsApp Ads
  • Optimize campaigns for sales growth and high ROAS
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
  • Develop a structured approach to scale ad budgets while keeping profitability in check
  • Identify and expand audience segments through Lookalike Audiences and Retargeting
  • Lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Work with designers to create high-converting ad creatives
  • Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and CTA variations that drive sales
  • Track daily ad performance, adjust bids and budgets accordingly
  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify reports to analyze trends
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps
  • Improve landing pages and checkout flows for better conversions
  • Build and optimize retargeting campaigns to increase customer lifetime value

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (E-commerce preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Ads
  • Proven experience in scaling ad budgets profitably
  • Excellent analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a plus
  • Ability to write ad copy that converts (strong English skills preferred)
