As a Digital Adoption Consultant with at least 3 years of experience, you will be an essential part of our team in Bangalore, working during night shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST. Your role involves collaborating with global clients to comprehend their business requirements, analyze user behavior, and provide effective digital adoption solutions. To excel in this position, you must possess a solid technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging with international customers to grasp their business processes, application usage, and digital adoption needs. You will be required to assess customer applications and training requirements to design efficient digital strategies. Using the Clients Studio Editor, you will develop interactive digital content and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project implementation. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert, advising on the best product-based solutions and contributing to the development of standardized processes and best practices to uphold delivery quality across projects. Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies will be crucial to offering innovative solutions. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or BCA. You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Solutions, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or Professional Services. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, REST APIs, and a sound understanding of system architecture and security are essential. Familiarity with enterprise applications like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and iCertis will be advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will interact with international clients regularly. Your problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple customer projects in a fast-paced setting will be critical. Experience working with North American clients and exposure to global cultures are preferred.
