Digital Ad Operations Associate

Description

Digital Ad Operations Traffickers will execute day-to-day tasks as a part of the Ad Operations team, including the testing, execution, optimization and troubleshooting of advertising campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage online advertising campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Ad Operations team to perform all aspects of trafficking, including testing, implementation, and optimization of campaigns.
• Own campaign QA processes to ensure all creatives and tracking are implemented correctly before going live.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing; work on optimization plans to maximize advertiser performance and yield.
• Set up automated reports and take ownership of manual reporting deliveries for internal teams and clients.
• Provide weekly product/client performance reports and insights.
• Execute the campaign fulfillment strategy, including handling mid-flight changes by coordinating with sales and clients to set expectations.
• Process lead returns, maintain accurate campaign records, and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Collect and secure necessary proof of delivery and complete all month-end close activities.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsable to clearly articulate via emails and calls.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality focus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple projects.
• Able to work proactively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, ad operations, campaign management, and PL/SQL is desirable.
