Job Description - Dietician
1. Nutritional Assessment and Planning:

• Conduct detailed nutritional assessments of residents based on their health conditions and dietary needs.
• Design personalized nutrition plans and meal schedules for residents, considering their medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, renal issues).
• Monitor residents' nutritional intake and adjust meal plans as needed.

2. Meal Planning and Coordination:

• Create weekly or monthly menus that offer balanced nutrition while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences of residents.
• Collaborate with the kitchen supervisor, Cook and Kitchen staff to ensure proper preparation and presentation of meals.
• Handle and maintain the record of Kitchen staff and their duties.
• Ensure the menus meet the dietary guidelines and are compliant with the facility's policies

3. Health and Dietary Education:

• Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on the importance of good nutrition and proper food choices.
• Provide guidance on special dietary requirements for individual residents, such as tube feeding or specialized diets.

4. Monitoring and Record-Keeping

• Keep accurate records of dietary changes and nutritional intake for each resident.
• Monitor the residents' health improvements and identify signs of malnutrition or other dietary concerns.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to track progress and make necessary adjustments to diet plans.

5. Compliance and Standards:

Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.

Job Specification

Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Preferred 1-3 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
