Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide diet counseling to patients with various medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other chronic diseases.
Develop personalized diet plans for patients based on their health goals and nutritional needs.
Conduct menu planning for hospital food services to ensure compliance with dietary requirements of patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to educate patients about the importance of proper nutrition in disease management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans accordingly to achieve optimal results.
