Job Location: Gurgaon (After Training)
Training Location: Chandigarh
Training Duration: 15–20 Days (Unpaid)
Salary: Starts After Successful Completion of Training
Agreement: 2-Year Employment Agreement with the Company
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: 1 Day

Job Title: Dietitian / Nutrition Counselor (Sales-Oriented Role)Training Details:

• Objective: Training on company diet programs, client consultation process, face-to-face sales counseling, CRM usage, and conversion techniques

Job Location (After Training):

Gurgaon Branch – Full-Time Placement

Company Policy:

• Mandatory 2-Year Agreement with the company
• Early resignation allowed only after 1 year with a 30–45 days notice period
• Exceptions considered only in genuine cases (marriage, permanent relocation, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face diet consultations with walk-in and scheduled clients
• Assess client health goals related to weight management, lifestyle disorders, skin & wellness
• Prepare personalized diet plans aligned with company programs
• Perform sales counseling and convert consultations into paid diet/wellness packages
• Achieve individual revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain client follow-ups, progress tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and sales team for holistic client care
• Participate in promotional activities and client engagement programs

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent certification
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of face-to-face sales or counseling experience
• (Experience in wellness clinic, slimming center, hospital, gym, or healthcare setup preferred)
• Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills

• Target-oriented mindset with ability to close sales
• Professional appearance and positive counseling approach
• Willingness to undergo 15–20 days unpaid training in Chandigarh
• Ready to relocate to Gurgaon after training
• Comfortable with Monday–Saturday working (6 days)Work Timings:

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
