Modification in running dies to control the rejection & Rework.
To suggest the improvement, point regarding runner, overflow & riser .
Responsible to make die trial, improvement report, and die repair sheet for rejection countermeasure.
Breakdown control
Rejection Control and Analysis.
Consumable Monitoring .
Dies History Card Maintain .
Spare parts Management.
Preventive Maint adhere as per plan .
