Diaper Machine Operator

Role Overview: As a Diaper Machine Operator at our Pithampur location, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring diaper production machines to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum wastage. You will play a crucial role in maintaining machine settings, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting quality standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with achieving production targets, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing safety practices to prevent accidents. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor diaper production machines to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum wastage. - Maintain machine settings and conditions for smooth operations and product quality. - Perform line clearance and machine checks during shift changes. - Ensure proper functioning of assets and equipment at target speeds. - Continuously monitor processes and implement corrective actions based on Quality Control feedback. - Achieve production targets while maintaining quality parameters and waste reduction goals. - Optimize utilization of raw materials and resources. - Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance; work on CAPA to reduce defects. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company GMP practices. - Implement safety practices to achieve zero accidents/incidents. - Maintain 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards. Qualification Required: - Understanding of Quality Management Systems, In-process Quality Inspection, and Good Documentation Practices. - Familiarity with 5S Workplace Management and Diaper Technology. - Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), solve problems, and supervise machine activities. - Capability to train and coach team members.
