Job Title: Auto Packing Machine Operator – Diaper Manufacturing

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Packing Machine Operator to join our team in the diaper manufacturing industry. The operator will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining automated packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality diaper packaging. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated packing machines during diaper production runs.
• Set up machines with correct materials, labels, and packaging specifications for diaper products.
• Perform routine checks to ensure machines are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major problems to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and machine performance.
• Ensure diaper packaging meets quality standards (weight, sealing, labelling, hygiene compliance).
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and machine cleaning schedules.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to meet production targets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of automated packaging machinery and diaper production processes.
• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• Prior experience in diaper manufacturing or packaging operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in industrial environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
