DGM Projects(Civil)

Project Planning and Management:

• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring all resources for the project are available as per the plan.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects as per plan.
• Managing project scope, cost, and schedule from design to completion.
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Managing and coordinating construction activities.
• Preparing and submitting project reports.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Leading and managing teams of civil engineers and construction personnel.
• Providing direction, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Fostering a collaborative environment among different departments and stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Compliance and Quality Control:

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Controlling site costs and achieving cost reduction targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

• Civil engineering: 10 years (Preferred)
• Project scheduling: 10 years (Preferred)
• Admin of Site: 10 years (Preferred)
