DGM - Mall Marketing

As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute the Marketing calendar effectively. You will be in charge of budgeting and control to ensure the efficient utilization of resources. It will be your duty to drive the Creative agency, Digital Marketing agency, PR Agency, and Event organizations towards the common organizational goals. Effective Vendor Management is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to engage in retail relations to uphold the Mall standard Operation Processes. Driving the business of Retailers/Categories and ensuring the Mall's look and feel by collaborating with the architecture team are also key aspects of this position. You will play a vital role in generating income through Stock on Hand (SOH) promotions and tie-ups, as well as supporting the marketing team in building a strong market presence with the desired target group. Coordination with advertising, digital, mobile, and PR agencies for creative inputs and media buying will be part of your daily tasks. Designing a communication strategy using the right mix of mass media such as Print, Radio, and Online will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars aligned with common organizational goals. Pro-actively seeking Corporate tie-ups, Strategic alliances, and co-branding activities will be expected from you. Monitoring the progress of each campaign, ensuring smooth execution of campaign plans, and maximizing the use of sponsors while minimizing the budget for various campaigns will also be part of your role. You will be required to plan and execute promotional events and activities to boost footfalls and customer conversions for retailers. Conducting feasibility studies and preparing project reports to evaluate the economic viability of campaigns and understand their underlying mechanisms will help in benefiting the overall brand.,
