Job Description

Responsible for driving growth and expanding the BU s market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that meet market and client needs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Work with internal teams to develop strategies that align with market and client needs.
Present business plans and strategies to company leaders and stakeholders.
Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of business initiatives and adjust plans as necessary.
Track and report on the status of proposal components and business development activities.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in defence background will help in business development, sales, or a related field is often required.
This role is crucial for the growth and success of BU s, as it helps in expanding the client base and increasing revenue
