Accountabilities

Project Management

• Review of electrical and instrumentation tender documents and providing concurrence for floating.
• Review of electrical and instrumentation estimate for individual projects.
• Ensure timely start and completion of electrical & instrumentation packages.
• Ensure appropriate electrical and instrumentation contractor is engaged for construction of depot.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Vendors and Site team for timely completion and delivery of various activities based on project schedule.
  

Depot Construction

• Finalizing the Concept, Facilities, And Layout plan for each project.
• Review of Drawings, QAP’s and other technical documents related to electrical & instrumentation package.
• Ensure compliance to safety practices and standards for safety during construction.
• Project review meetings with project site and contractors
• Periodic site visit to mentor and advise site team for timely completion of project to the required quality.
• Sorting out any issues arising to the assigned works.
  

Boundary Management

• Coordination with Electrical and Instrumentation vendors.
