Job Description

Role Overview: As a Franchise Development Manager at Arundhati Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to identify target markets and explore opportunities to collaborate with potential franchisee seekers/partners. You will negotiate financial terms and formalize franchise contracts/agreements/bonds. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in setting up franchise outlets and devising a roadmap for expanding the franchise business across India. Your role will involve defining targets, budgeting, and creating business plans to ensure a healthy return on investment in alignment with the franchisee partner. Additionally, you will conduct brand awareness exhibitions and promotional events to attract potential franchisees and successfully launch a business model that optimizes operational workflow and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify target markets and explore opportunities for collaboration with potential franchisee seekers/partners. - Negotiate financial terms and formalize franchise contracts/agreements/bonds. - Work with cross-functional teams to set up franchise outlets and develop a roadmap for expanding the franchise business. - Define targets, budgeting, and business plans to ensure a healthy return on investment with franchisee partners. - Conduct brand awareness exhibitions and promotional events for franchisee promotions. - Launch a business model that optimizes operational workflow and revenue generation. - Identify and engage with investors to secure franchise deals with a focus on return on investment. - Analyze the market for brand sustainability, identify potential investors, and negotiate deals. - Guide franchisees in identifying prospective areas, conducting feasibility studies, and setting up franchise outlets. - Develop new revenue streams and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat/referral business. - Deliver presentations on the franchisee module, market position, brand, and related matters to investors. - Develop training programs for franchisee executives and channel partners. - Drive promotional strategies to ensure financial success and maintain relationships with franchisees. Qualifications: - MBA with specialization in Business Management. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.,
