DevSecOps Architect - L1

As an Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps Architect at Wipro Limited, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing strategies to facilitate the widespread adoption of DevOps / DevSecOps. Your primary responsibilities will involve evaluating clients" development operations, creating a robust DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture and Target Operating Model for diverse products and technologies, and collaborating across teams to ensure the effective implementation of these solutions. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to revamp existing DevSecOps / DevOps platforms for clients while aligning them with Wipro's DevSecOps platform. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients" CXOs to establish DevOps / DevSecOps adoption plans with short, medium, and long-term objectives. - Design DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture and blueprints for continuous exploration, integration, deployment, testing, monitoring, and release automation solutions. - Identify best practices and tools pertinent to the products and technologies in use and offer technical leadership and guidance for DevOps / DevSecOps adoption. - Advise product leadership and teams on translating engineering, infrastructure, and automation requirements into actionable DevOps / DevSecOps solutions. - Conduct maturity assessments to elevate engineering excellence, set up and maintain DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains, coach teams on adoption, and conduct training workshops on CI-CD/DevOps for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. - Anchor DevOps / DevSecOps solutions for large RFPs and contribute to sales initiatives for shaping and closing opportunities.
