DevSecOps Architect - L1

As an Enterprise DevOps / DevSecOps Architect at Wipro Limited, you will play a key role in strategizing and designing transformation roadmaps to enable DevOps / DevSecOps adoption at scale. Your responsibilities will include examining and analyzing clients" development operations, defining a robust DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture & Target Operating model for various products and technologies, and collaborating with different teams to implement these solutions effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to re-architect / architect DevSecOps / DevOps platforms for clients in alignment with Wipro's DevSecOps platform. In this role, you will engage with clients" CXOs to define DevOps / DevSecOps adoption plans with short/medium/long-term goals and develop business cases for change. You will design DevOps / DevSecOps reference architecture and blueprints for continuous exploration, integration, deployment, testing, monitoring, and release automation solutions across different domains. Collaborating with various teams, you will identify best practices and tools relevant to the products and technologies involved and provide technical leadership and guidance on DevOps / DevSecOps adoption. Furthermore, you will advise product leadership and teams on translating engineering, infrastructure, and automation requirements into executable DevOps / DevSecOps solutions. Your role will also involve conducting maturity assessments to enhance engineering excellence, implementing and maintaining DevOps / DevSecOps toolchains, coaching teams on adoption, and conducting training workshops on CI-CD/DevOps for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will anchor DevOps / DevSecOps solutions for large RFPs and contribute to sales initiatives for shaping and closing opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in DevOps (>10 YEARS) and a passion for driving digital transformation.
