Overview:
CloudBlitz is looking for a dynamic and experienced AWS and DevOps Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in AWS cloud technologies and DevOps practices, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS cloud services and core DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Design, update, and maintain training content such as presentations, lab guides, and hands-on exercises.
• Provide real-world demonstrations and practical labs to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Track student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help learners grow.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement based on technological trends and learner feedback.
• Collaborate with the placement team to align student skills with job market needs and assist with interview preparation.
• Keep up with the latest developments in AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1.5 year of hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps tools.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or SysOps Administrator preferred.
• Practical knowledge of key AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
• Self-driven and collaborative team player with a passion for education
