DevOps & Quality Assurance Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling DevOps and Quality Assurance capabilities for Salesforce delivery, with a focus on automation, reliability, and release velocity. This position requires a combination of technology leadership, process governance, and people development skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Jenkins, or SFDX. - Define release management frameworks and deployment automation standards. - Drive automated testing adoption across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). - Implement governance and metrics for release success and defect prevention. - Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance at every stage. - Mentor DevOps and QA professionals to strengthen end-to-end delivery excellence. Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, QA, or release management. - Deep knowledge of SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience with automated functional and regression testing. - Strong analytical and leadership skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
