DevOps Manager

By engaging with us, you will contribute to our customer by developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as analyzing and estimating customer requirements. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Your responsibilities will include leading efforts to automate tasks, streamline deployment processes, and implement orchestration using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes. You will also be responsible for establishing monitoring and alerting systems, leading incident response efforts, fostering collaboration between development and operations teams, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality standards. Additionally, you will manage incidents, optimize infrastructure costs, implement CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, monitor SLAs and metrics, deliver reports to clients and leadership, and drive infrastructure cost analysis and optimization. Technical skills required include expertise in DevOps methodologies, experience with tools like Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, proficiency in Linux, scripting, configuration management, build and release engineering, strong scripting skills in Python/Bash, and familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Furthermore, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Manager and 2 years of people management experience.
