DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build/release processes and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
• Implement and maintain containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis.
• Improve system efficiency, scalability, and reliability through automation and optimization.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-3 years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with serverless architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and firewalls.
• Experience in setting up observability and logging frameworks.
• Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD).
