Job Title: Devops Engineer [Kubernetes] Location : Infopark, Kochi, Kerala Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site/Hybrid Shift: Day/Night/Rotational – If applicable CKA certifications preferred Job Summary Sparksupport, one of the leading Devops consulting companies for the devops engineer who are strong with the core skills of Linux/Kubernetes/docker/docker-swarm/Ansible. The infra we are managing has got hundreds of containers and it is effectively managed using ansible, Git, SVN, jenkins, jira, icinga etc. Deploying and rebuilding the stack is a daily affair. We want someone who has got enough exposure already and is not in a learning mode of docker/ansible. The environment you will be working in will boost your knowledge and ability to handle large infrastructures. We have a flat organizational hierarchy and our in-house team is highly co-operative. Your hands are not tied for access and permissions, but only demand will be to complete the assigned tasks efficiently. We are operating in hybrid mode so working between Home and Office will give you a life-work balance. Work time is during Central Europe time and partially during their off-peak hours which will be our day time itself. Key Responsibilities Candidates will be remotely managing the client infrastructure located at various datacentres in Europe and US. Closely work with the on-site devops team on a daily basis. Candidates should deploy the applications developed by the clients containerize/dockerize and orchestrate using docker swarm/Kubernetes. Candidates will have to use continuous integration and delivery pipelines using the latest tools and platforms, Monitor and support our infrastructure in the servers, automate the deployment and ensure the high availability of the entire application. Candidates should possess the ability to review deployments and operational environments, i.e., execute initiatives to reduce failure, troubleshoot issues across the entire infrastructure stack, expand monitoring capabilities, and manage technical operations. Closely work with team on building and implementing automation pipelines for deployment of Microservices Required Skills Experience with Ansible, templating, playbook (Terraform added advantage) Experience in Linux Administration (Certified candidates preferred) Experience in Kubernetes, docker system, docker-swarm. Experience in cloud providers like AWS/GCP (AWS certifications preferred) Experience in versioning tool like Git/Github Experience CI/CD tools like jenkins/Travis Experience in scripting Bash/Python Good understanding of Web applications Good communication skills in English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday Rotational shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
