We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to drive our DevOps initiatives to the next level
This pivotal position will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our development infrastructure and DevOps practices to support our growing engineering teams
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Administer and optimize Kubernetes (K8S) clusters, leveraging Helm charts and operators for efficient service deployment and maintenance
Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform for scalable and reliable infrastructure, particularly for our Algorithms team
Enhance network security and VPN access using OpenVPN and Cloudflare
Manage deployments in GCP and Azure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
Oversee ArgoCD for monitoring deployments in Kubernetes, ensuring robust continuous deployment workflows
Collaborate with development and algorithm teams for seamless integration of DevOps processes and scalable infrastructure
Develop and maintain automation scripts in Groovy and Python for resource optimization and consistent performance
Monitor and enforce security best practices, identifying and resolving vulnerabilities
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with hands-on expertise in tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, OpenVPN, ArgoCD, Terraform, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes cluster management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization best practices, with proven experience in GCP and Azure environments
Solid programming skills in Groovy and Python for scripting and automation
Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions with observability, logging, and alerting for infrastructure reliability
Excellent communication and documentation skills, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
