The position is open to both men and women We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality React Native applications This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional mobile experiences Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create seamless and visually appealing mobile experiences Lead the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to improve performance and usability Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement best practices to ensure code quality Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process and product quality Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 5 to 8 years of professional experience in mobile app development At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React Native Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks/libraries Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and UI/UX standards Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mobile applications
