DevOps Cloud Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to develop and improve procedures for

  automated monitoring

• Secure, scale, and manage

  Linux virtual environments

• Deploy and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  across multiple environments.
• Perform

  regular database maintenance

  , backups, and recovery procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
• Identify and resolve

  infrastructure vulnerabilities

  and

  deployment issues

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems; make strategic infrastructure recommendations.
• Optimize

  infrastructure cost

  and improve

  elasticity

• Implement

  DevOps best practices

  and help foster a strong DevOps culture within the team.
• Ensure systems and services adhere to

  best practices.
• Maintain high

  availability and redundancy

  across all critical components.
• Monitor production systems, ensuring uptime and performance per SLAs.
• Support

  emergency troubleshooting

  and maintenance of production systems.
• Participate in daily standups, refinement sessions, and team discussions.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4+ years

  of relevant DevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience with

  end-to-end DevOps automation

  , including:
• Configuration management
• Build automation
• Release & deployment automation
• Infrastructure management
• Extensive experience with at least one cloud provider:

  AWS, GCP, or Azure

  .
• Proficient with

  Linux OS

  and related command-line utilities.
• Experience implementing

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Jenkins, TravisCI).
• Solid experience in

  Server Management

  ,

  Firewall configuration

  , and

  infrastructure hardening

  .
• Hands-on with orchestration and deployment tools such as:

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Ansible

• Terraform

• Good understanding of

  networking concepts

  ,

  protocols

  ,

  VPCs

  , and

  traffic flows

  .
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, logs, and

  access management

  .
• Proficiency in scripting with

  Bash

  Python

• Experience working with

  Git-based workflows

• Familiarity with server software like

  PostgreSQL

  Redis

• Experience working with
