As an Application/Software Architect, you'll be responsible for designing cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products that will set the standard for the industry. You'll use your extensive technical knowledge to conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes, while also identifying and resolving any framework design weaknesses.You'll use your technical expertise to provide technical leadership to the application development team, perform design and code reviews, and ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained. Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Strong knowledge of DevSecOps Platform tooling (CI/CD Toolchain like
Jenkins, Maven, GitLab, Ansible, SonarCube, HPfortify, JMeter, Nagios,Kibana etc.). Working knowledge of Automation service provisioning and middlewareconfiguration. Expertise in container orchestration such as Tanzu, OpenShift etc., to deployand manage applications in containers.. DevSecOps Architect on any cloud or platform.. Expert/Professional level Certification in DevSecOps field preferred.. Expertise in end-to-end DevOps platform implementation.. Skills in defining & developing DevOps framework on Private, Public,Hybrid Cloud platform along with designing, developing, and implementingsoftware integrations.. Expertise in provisioning of infrastructure through Infrastructure as a Code(IaaC).. Working knowledge of DevOps monitoring tools and Scripting (shell,python, ruby, groovy etc.) skills for automating day-today work.. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.. Skills with RHEL and Windows Operating System.. Should have ability to interact with stakeholder departments and ensuremigration to DevOps platform and troubleshoot issues.. Knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.. Familiar with security automation testing processes (e.g., SAST, DAST, etc.)and tools.. Preferably the candidate should have working / hands-on experience withEnterprise Architecture (EA) tools like Mega Hopex, Avolution ABACUS,Planview, Orbus iServer, etc.

Set up technical standards and governance structure for the enterprise.
. To provide technology architecture expertise and guidance across multiplebusiness divisions & technology domains.. Assist business strategy and accordingly drive technology strategy from anarchitecture perspective.. Setting up technical standards, formulation of Enterprise Architecture (EA)Governance Framework.. Driving technology strategy from an architecture perspective, across aportfolio of applications in the Bank, for resource optimization and Riskmitigation.. Translating business requirements into specific system, application orprocess designs, including working with business personnel and executivesto identify functional requirements.. Define/ maintain Target Architectures in Roadmaps.. Lead and/or assist efforts to scope and architect major change programs,leading strategic options analysis & proposing end-to-end solutions &highlighting trade-offs.. Review ongoing designs of major programs to identify strategic opportunitiesand resolve design issues during delivery.. Identify key technology enablers to optimize IT investment.. Develop highly complex solutions that exemplifies quality optimizationregarding reliability, availability, scalability, manageability, flexibility,usability/ reusability, and high performance.. Deliver Architecture solutions in a Banking environment at the highest-leveltechnical expertise.. Lead other IT Architects to provide effective consulting on complex projectsincluding RFP technical evaluations for various business domain.. Lead multifunctional teams in successful application of methodologies andarchitecture modelling tools.. As an architect the person would be responsible for suggestion andimplementation of new technologies.Collaborate with key stakeholders in IT infra domain, IT-vendors, and otherarchitects to achieve enterprise business goals.. Assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technologyenvironments.. Assist in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of cloudinfrastructure automation solutions using Terraform and Ansible.. Experience developing containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes,Openshift, Tanzu etc.. Build and maintain Gitlab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines. Enableto use different plugins available in each.. Manage automated systems that integrate code changes, build, test, anddeploy software continuously.Use tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate the creation, configuration,and management of infrastructure components.. Design systems that can handle fluctuating workloads and remain operationaleven in the face of failures.. Ensure that security measures and compliance controls are in place to protectsensitive data and meet industry standards.. Identify and address bottlenecks in the software delivery pipeline to improveperformance.. Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance andavailability, and setting up log management tools for troubleshooting.. Work with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamlessintegration and continuous delivery.Create and maintain documentation for system diagrams, configurations, andprocedures.

Educational Qualification

BE/ BTech in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent degree in relevant discipline) or MCA or MTech/ MSc in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronic & Communications Engineering) from recognized University/ Institute.

Desirable:

MBA as an additional qualification is preferred
