As an offshore CI/CD Architect, your role involves defining and championing the strategic vision for CI/CD pipelines while aligning with business objectives. Your responsibilities include leading the architectural design of end-to-end workflows, implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, designing Azure resources, integrating SonarQube for code quality, and managing Snyk for security scanning. Additionally, you will develop specialized CI/CD processes for SAP Hybris, automate change management processes with Jira integration, and design caching solutions using Cloudflare. Key Responsibilities: - Define and champion strategic vision for CI/CD pipelines aligning with business objectives. - Lead architectural design of end-to-end workflows using GitHub Actions. - Design and configure Azure resources (Container Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Networking). - Integrate and optimize SonarQube for code quality and SAST. - Implement and manage Snyk for security scanning. - Develop specialized CI/CD processes for SAP Hybris. - Automate change management processes with Jira integration. - Design full-stack caching solutions using Cloudflare. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). - Implement automated testing strategies in CI/CD pipelines. - Embed DevSecOps practices with automated security gates and secret management. - Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance. - Implement build artifact caching strategies. - Automate Cloudflare CDN/WAF configurations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Mentor teams and foster automation/shared responsibility culture. - Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Qualifications Required: - GitHub Actions CI/CD orchestration expertise. - Proficiency in Azure (Container Apps, Key Vault, Storage, Networking). - Experience with Snyk security scanning and SonarQube integration. - Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform). - Familiarity with test automation integration and DevSecOps implementation. - Experience in Jira integration for change management. - Cloudflare management skills (CDN, WAF, caching). - CI/CD monitoring and optimization expertise. - Ownership-driven DevOps culture advocacy. - Troubleshooting and L3 support capabilities. - Understanding of compliance requirements. - Degree qualification preferred. - Total experience of 10+ years. - Good to have experience with SAP Hybris CI/CD automation and Docker containerization.
