Deveops trainee

Roles of a DevOps Trainer:

• Technical Educator
• Deliver training on
• DevOps tools, practices, and culture
• , including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud computing.
• Curriculum Designer

Develop and update training content to align with current industry standards and certifications (AWS, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Mentor and Facilitator

Guide learners through real-world DevOps projects and resolve technical queries.Evaluate learners via hands-on tasks, quizzes, interviews, and capstone projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Assessor

• Conduct sessions on DevOps fundamentals, tools, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on training on tools like:
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
• Containerization: Docker
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Teach infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Curriculum Development

• Design structured training modules, live projects, and certification prep (AWS DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, etc.).
• Update course materials regularly to reflect the latest practices.

Project Supervision

• Assist learners in building and deploying full DevOps pipelines.
• Guide students on setting up CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, monitoring solutions, etc.

Progress Tracking

• Assess learners through quizzes, practicals, and capstone projects.
• Provide regular feedback and performance improvement plans.

Collaboration

• Work with placement teams to ensure students meet industry readiness.
• Align training with current job market requirements.

Pay: ₹8,093.68 - ₹42,492.00 per month
