Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Client Outreach: Make a minimum of 120 connected calls per day to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote the company's services. 2. Service Promotion: Clearly and confidently communicate the value and benefits of the company's offerings to generate interest and inquiries. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle all client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Sales Conversion: Achieve a minimum target of 2 successful conversions per month, contributing to overall sales objectives. 5. Follow-Ups & Documentation: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using Google Sheets or other assigned tracking tools. 6. Needs Assessment: Identify client needs through active listening and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. 7. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company offerings, service updates, and market trends to effectively address client needs and objections. 8. Reporting & Tracking: Submit daily work updates and call reports to the assigned Training Manager and ensure that all work is consistently tracked and organized using the designated format (e.g., Google Sheets). 9. Professional Conduct: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in communication, behavior, and overall work ethic to represent the company positively and maintain trust with clients.
