About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Speak with leads generated via company marketing (Facebook, WhatsApp, referrals, etc.) 2. Qualify leads and schedule field visits for on-ground installation teams 3. Ensure minimum 5 qualified meetings scheduled per week 4. Follow up regularly with potential customers to maintain engagement and guide decision-making 5. Coordinate between client, field team, and internal operations for smooth conversion 6. Perform cold calling and local networking to create sales opportunities in absence of leads 7. Use basic CRM tools and Excel to update call and lead status 8. Collaborate with marketing team to improve lead quality and client targeting Requirements: 1. Preferably have an engineering background, ideally in electrical, solar, or mechanical streams 2. Possess experience in solar or renewable energy field as an advantage 3. Demonstrate excellent Hindi and basic English communication skills, spoken and written 4. Confidently explain solar-related concepts to residential or commercial customers 5. Be self-driven, responsive, and highly proactive with remote coordination 6.
