Developer/Architect

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client's end and ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software by developing software solutions through a detailed study of information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. You will investigate problem areas through the software development life cycle, facilitate root cause analysis of system issues, and identify ideas to improve system performance. Additionally, you will analyze client requirements, collaborate with functional teams, and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, and software development. You will develop and automate processes for software validation, modify software to fix errors and improve performance, and recommend new systems or modifications. It is crucial to ensure that the code is error-free, prepare reports on programming project specifications, and compile comprehensive documentation and reports as requested. Furthermore, you will be responsible for status reporting and customer focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project execution. This includes capturing all client requirements, taking feedback regularly for smooth and on-time delivery, participating in continuing education and training, and consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces. You will document and demonstrate solutions, ensure good quality of interaction with customers, and provide timely responses to customer requests. Your performance will be measured based on continuous integration, deployment & monitoring of software, quality & CSAT, and MIS & reporting. You will be expected to achieve 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, manage software, troubleshoot queries, deliver on-time, and generate reports in a timely manner.
