Job Title:Performance Testing Engineer (Gatling) ? One B2 and One B3 Location:Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai Industry:Banking/Financial Services **About The Role ::** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer with hands-on expertise in Gatling tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for core banking applications. A deep understanding of banking operations is essential to provide detailed insights based on performance reports and ensure optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct performance testing using Gatling tool on core banking applications. - Develop and configure new performance testing scenarios to meet testing objectives. - Script creation and execution using Gatling tool for performance testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements. - Perform detailed analysis of performance testing reports and provide actionable insights. - Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of banking applications. - Document and report performance testing results to stakeholders. - Stay updated on performance testing tools and industry best practices. Key Skills and Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in performance testing with at least 2 years of experience in using Gatling. - Hands-on experience in developing scripts and configuring test scenarios using Gatling . - write automation test cases for Finacle API using a java based framework already developed . Carry out performance testing using Gatling and java based framework . - Solid understanding of core banking applications and banking operations. - Proficiency in performance testing concepts such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and capacity planning. - Experience in analyzing performance test reports and making recommendations for improvements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with other performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus. Educational Qualification: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
