Role Requirements:

JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers.
Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing, and Maintenance projects.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in full-stack technologies including Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS, React, Angular, NextJS, Express/Fastify, MySQL.
Experience with scan, build and deployment tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, SonarQube, Confluence, etc.
Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams.
Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.
