Roles & Responsibilities:

Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items
Design and development

This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies
Setting business rules

Integration:

Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub and develop applications

Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs
Use the codes for customization

Data management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity
Maintain Data Management and reports Manage the imports and exports and ensure data management And ensure integrity

Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing
Testing Support and solve the flaws and issues

Testing support

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes

Provide technical and customary support as well
Both supports are essential

Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level)

Plus, additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:

o Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder,

Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test frame design
