Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist the HR team in implementing HR policies and employee benefits programs, managing personnel records, and supporting various HR initiatives. Additional responsibilities include facilitating recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR management and HR policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits administration and personnel management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with HR software is a plus
