As a Manhattan Warehouse Management Developer, your role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining modules within the Manhattan Warehouse Management System. Your expertise will drive enhancements in warehouse operations, from inbound receipt and inventory management to outbound processing and reporting. You will work closely with business analysts, operations teams, and IT colleagues to design solutions that optimize warehouse workflows and overall supply chain performance. - Develop and configure elements within the Manhattan WMS, focusing on enhancing user interfaces, refining set-ups, and ensuring optimal service configuration. - Customize system components to meet specific business needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices. - Analyze and improve core warehouse processes such as inbound receiving, inventory management, and outbound logistics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistical operations and ensure all modifications are aligned with overall supply chain principles. - Utilize SQL and other data tools to extract, analyze, and generate reports that inform business decisions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations. - Participate in client meetings and internal reviews, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations. - Work with business analysts to gather requirements and document solutions that enhance overall system performance. - Ensure all development work adheres to established best practices and promotes robust, scalable solutions. - Keep abreast of new technologies and system updates relevant to Manhattan WMS to continuously improve performance and usability. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience working with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems, with specific exposure to the Manhattan SCALE product or comparable versions. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Manhattan WMS. - Basic SQL knowledge to conduct data analysis and generate detailed reports. - Demonstrable understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes. - Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and the practical application of these principles in a warehousing context. - Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an aptitude for continuous improvement.,
