Developer 4 - (Frontend Developer)

As a Principal Frontend Developer (Angular) at Hyland Software, you will be responsible for developing complex code based on functional specifications across teams and programs. This includes completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the codebase, data design, and best practices, focusing on performance, security, reliability, and deliverability. Your contributions will be key in understanding and contributing to the software architecture, creating initial implementation standards and guidelines for projects, and performing complex peer code review and analysis to provide insight on the broader impact of software changes. Additionally, you will operate as an innovative thought leader and trusted advisor across teams and programs, significantly contributing to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing, influence of architectural design, and coaching on current best practices and market trends.
