Job Description

Despatch Department Supervisor – Key Responsibilities Maintain Discipline: Ensure that all workers adhere to basic workplace discipline, including punctuality, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures during work hours. Daily Coordination with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align despatch schedules and meet daily despatch targets efficiently. Quality Assurance: Verify that all castings prepared for despatch meet the quality standards and specifications provided by the customer. Monitoring and Goal Tracking: Oversee and monitor the daily activities of the despatch workers to ensure that individual and team goals are achieved during the shift. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
