Negotiation and Closing: Successfully negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales records, tracking progress against targets, and reporting on sales activities. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the sandwich panel roofing industry. Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in roofing solutions, or pre-engineered buildings is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
