Job Description

Supervise fettling workers (grinders, chippers). Ensure castings are cleaned and finished as per quality standards. Allocate daily work and monitor production output. Maintain safety and cleanliness in the fettling area. Check tools and arrange maintenance as needed. Train workers on proper fettling methods. Report daily production, rejections, and manpower status. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
