ey Responsibilities: Supervise green sand moulding operations and manage manpower allocation. Ensure moulds are prepared as per production and casting quality requirements. Monitor sand properties and coordinate with the sand plant for consistency. Implement and maintain safe work practices on the shop floor. Coordinate with melting, core making, and fettling departments for smooth workflow. Maintain discipline, shift planning, and productivity among workers. Ensure proper pattern mounting, closing, and mould inspection. Report production data, issues, and improvements to the Production Manager. Qualifications: Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Foundry Technology preferred. Experience: 3–5 years in green sand moulding in a foundry environment. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, basic computer knowledge, and understanding of sand control and moulding techniques.
